Donald G. Taylor, 88, Somerset, died Dec. 29, 2012, at In Touch Hospice House. Born Jan. 20, 1924, in Somerset, he is the son of the late Ray Frank and Anna Jane (Pyle) Taylor. Also preceded in death by brother Walter; and sisters, Leona Taylor and Ferne Stern; and childhood friend, Glenn Watson. Survived by nieces, Margaret Murray and Judy Moldovan, both of Somerset; and several great-nieces and nephews; and longtime friend Mildred Sorber. Don was a member of the first Christian Church and a 68-year member of the F.O.E. Friends received from noon to 1 p.m. Monday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home were service will immediately follow with the Rev. Sam Draper officiating. Interment in Husband Cemetery.
