Mr. Brian Lee Speicher, 34, of Main St., Berlin, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, in Berks County. Mr. Speicher was born in Everett on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 1978, the son of Donald J. Speicher of Schellsburg and Alice (Harbaugh) Speicher of Fremont, Ohio.
