John Lenio, 91, of Cape May Court House, N.J., passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Eastern Shore Nursing Home. Born in Philadelphia to the late Anthony and Anastazia (Skubowiak) Lenio, he lived in Magnolia, N.J., for 25 years before moving to Cape May County, N.J. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Cold Spring. He was an Army Veteran of World War II and worked as a butcher in Berlin, PA. When he moved to Magnolia, he was a vendor at the Berlin (N.J.) Flea Market for over 25 years. Mr. Lenio is survived by his four children, Randall (Millie) Lenio, Thomas Lenio, Patricia (Walter) Daye, and Antoinette (Jerry) Boyd; his sisters, Joan Wright and Elizabeth (Earl) Sutton; his nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his second wife, Angela; his son, Daniel; and his siblings, Anthony, Michael, Catharine, Anna, and Daniel. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, 129 Crest Haven Road, Cape May Court House.
