Angius F. Durst, 86, Meyersdale, died March 16, 2013. Born in Springs on Sept. 18, 1926, he is the son of the late Jonas and Elsie (Butler) Durst. Preceded in death by brothers: Harrison, Carl, Clay and Wilbur; and sister Hazel Faidley. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary E. (Engle) Durst; children, Carl A. (Eileen) Durst and Maria (Durst) Lindeman; grandchildren: Dani (Daniel) Novakowski, Christopher A. (Olivia) Durst, Joseph (Grace) Lombardo, Christopher (Nicole) Lombardo; great-grandchildren: Trevor Durst, Luca, Cecilia, and Christopher Lombardo; and sister Francis Shuck. Member of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren. Served in the Army in World War II. A private memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the M.
