Vina M. Ream, 79 of Hollsopple, died March 23, 2013 at home. Born Oct. 11, 1933 in Johnstown, the daughter of Charles and Mable (Black) Fisher. Preceded in death by parents; husband Henry A. Ream; infant sister Marie; brother Raymond Fisher; and sister Betty Ream. Survived by these children: David C., married to Debrah (Saulsbury) Ream, Portage; Patty L., married to James Mayes, South Fork; and Connie L., married to David Boyer, Hollsopple. Also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mazie Rygel, Johnstown. Vina was a social member of the Hollsopple Volunteer Fire Company. She was an avid race fan, wrestling fan, gardener and loved outdoor activities. She loved her dog Patches and being with her family. Family receiving friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville, where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor William Trentini officiating. Those who wish can make donations to the Scalp Level Paint Volunteer Fire Company or the Somerset County Humane Society.
