Brad Telford Whipperman, 58, of Bakersville, passed on April 6, 2013 at Somerset Hospital. Born Sept. 30, 1954 in Somerset, he is the son of Telford and Peggy (Bender) Whipperman of Somerset. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Edward and Alberta Bender and paternal grandparents, Charles and Mary Whipperman. Brad is survived by his parents; wife Charlene (Collins) Whipperman of Bakersville; step-daughter Amanda Cummings and husband Dennis of Rockwood; grandchildren: Chelsie, Aaron and Bella Cummings; sister, Wendy Floyd and husband Bill of Johnstown; brother, Theodore Fisher II and wife Karen of Detroit, Mich.; and nieces, Melanie Nally and Megan and Erica Floyd. Brad loved to ride his Harley every chance he got, and will be missed by his beloved dogs Rocky and Jed. There will be no viewing or visitation at Brad's request. A memorial service will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 14 at the Somerset American Legion. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home and Crematory, Somerset.
