Willard H. "Bill" Livengood, 93, of Springs, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at his residence. Born March 31, 1919, in Meyersdale, he was the son of the late Homer H. and Effie (King) Livengood. In later years he hauled steel for Robert Miller. After retiring from tractor trailer driving, he began employment with Keystone Lime Co., where he hauled stone for the next 29 years, retiring at age 89.
