Emma L. (Roberts) Weimer, 84, Klines Mill Road, Jenner Township, died Aug. 1, 2012, at home. Born Oct. 17, 1927, in Ralphton, daughter of George A. and Beda E. (Stiffler) Roberts. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Evelyn Ringler, Louella Naugle, Mona Leighty and Dorothy Kissell; and brothers, Gilbert, Ishamel, Arthur, Donald, Paul, Clair, Elton and Archie. Survived by husband, Frederick H.; son, Galen Roberts, married to Robin (Brant) Leighty, Central City; grandchildren, Renee Leighty, Oakland, Calif.; Timothy Leighty, married to Jordana Fisher, Ferndale; Scott A. Roberts, married to Wendy Maust, Friedens; and Amy (Roberts), married to Rob Betch, Freemont, Calif.; and great-grandchildren, Scott and Shane Roberts and Courtney and Gillian Cantrell. Sister of Nancy Haggedus, Cleveland, Ohio, and Delores Strickler, Ligonier. Also survived by special sister-in-law, Esther Roberts; sisters-in-law, Ruth Roberts, Stella Roberts and Mary Roberts; brothers-in-law, Clyde Naugle and Roy Weimer; and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle and "Unite Here," formerly ILGWU. Retired employee of former Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory. Emma enjoyed cooking for her family.
