Clarence E. "Buck" Hoffman, 76, of Somerset, died April 11, 2013 at Siemon’s Lakeview Manor. Born Nov. 18, 1936 in Somerset, he is the son of the late Clarence and Mildred (Walker) Hoffman. Also preceded in death by a brother, Charles John Walker. Survived by his wife, Alice (Shuba) Hoffman; children: Anita Hoffman of Greensburg; Greg Hoffman of Gibsonia; and Angela Barron of Somerset; grandchildren: Jason Woolley, Shanna (Arch) Leeman, Taylor and Owen Hoffman; great-grandchildren: Aaron and Megan Woolley and Isabella and Brody Leeman; stepchildren: Kristine Landis and Terry Michael Knopsnyder both of Somerset; and five step-grandchildren. Brother of: Joann Miller and James Walker both of Somerset. Member of the First Christian Church, a 1954 graduate of Somerset High School and employed as an automotive and truck parts salesman. Friends received from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will follow at 11 a.m. with Reverend John J. Barchey officiating.
